Based on the list of problems you have identified it is time to come up with solutions, in short, this is why you should be thinking of proposing solutions to customers problems.

These solutions can include new products/services or they could just be an improvement to existing products

The point is you are not always going to come up with a new business solution in all cases.

Remember people generally pay if they feel that their perceived problems have been solved in a way that is satisfactory to then. So, GET BUSY!
